A single screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump with a single helical rotor. Its main working components are an eccentric helical screw (referred to as the rotor) and a screw bushing with a double-start helical inner surface (referred to as the stator). The operating principle is as follows: when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw spins around its own axis while rolling along the inner surface of the bushing, forming sealed chambers inside the pump.
