Depending on the requirements of the medium to be conveyed, the screw pump unit can be equipped with heating or cooling structures. It is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils, oil-like fluids and lubricating liquids. The viscosity range of the conveyed liquid is generally 3.0~760 mm²/s (1.2~100°E). High-viscosity media can be transported after being heated to reduce viscosity, with the temperature normally not exceeding 150 °C. Its flow rate generally ranges from 0.2~250 m³/h, and the maximum operating pressure can reach 4 MPa.

Applications: At present, three-screw pumps are widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electric power, machine tools, shipbuilding, glass and highway engineering. They are suitable for conveying fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, crude oil, asphalt and other oil-like lubricating liquids. Three-screw pumps serve as lubricating pumps in industrial fields, hydraulic pumps in hydraulic systems, transfer and booster pumps in fuel systems, and transfer and refueling pumps in oil delivery systems.

Differences Arising from Structural Characteristics of Single Screw Pumps (Test Information)

A single screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump with a single helical rotor. Its main working components are an eccentric helical screw (referred to as the rotor) and a screw bushing with a double-start helical inner surface (referred to as the stator). The operating principle is as follows: when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw spins around its own axis while rolling along the inner surface of the bushing, forming sealed chambers inside the pump.
