We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of the full-load FAT for our API 610 BB3 pump unit! ✅
This unit is driven by an 800 kW / 6.6 kV high-voltage motor, with variable speed control achieved through a fluid coupling. To ensure stable operation, we engineered a dedicated forced-air lube oil cooling system, delivering consistent temperature control throughout the test.
The entire test ran flawlessly, validating the reliability of the fluid coupling speed control configuration. This isn’t new territory for our team — we’ve delivered identical and even larger-scale setups for critical industrial applications over the years, giving us deep confidence in both the design and execution.
