● Core Application Scenarios:
o Upstream Exploration & Production: Crude oil / condensate gathering and transportation, water injection pressurization, produced water reinjection, and process fluid transfer at well sites.
o Midstream Pipeline Transportation: Long-distance crude oil / refined product pipeline transmission, and natural gas liquid (NGL) transportation (meeting requirements of high head, large flow rate and long-term operation).
o Downstream Refining & Chemical: High-temperature / high-pressure / corrosive fluid transfer for hydrocracking, catalytic cracking, atmospheric and vacuum distillation and other units, as well as oil product blending and product loading/unloading.
● Pump Model Matching Logic:
o OH2/OH3/OH4 (Overhung Pumps): Used for light hydrocarbons, solvents, condensate and other medium-to-small flow, medium-to-high pressure applications. OH4 (vertical overhung) is more suitable for narrow spaces or elevated installation scenarios.
o BB1/BB2/BB3/BB4 (Between-Bearings Pumps): BB1/BB2 are used for large-flow crude oil / refined product transportation; BB3 (multi-stage) and BB4 (double-volute multi-stage) adapt to harsh process conditions such as high-pressure hydrogenation and reforming, complying with API 610 standard.
o VS1/VS4/VS6 (Vertical Canned / Long Shaft / Submerged Pumps): VS1 is used for crude oil storage tank loading/unloading and light hydrocarbon transportation; VS4 (long shaft submerged pump) is suitable for solid-containing / volatile media; VS6 (submersible pump) is used for closed storage scenarios such as low-temperature light hydrocarbons and LPG to avoid leakage risks.
● Technical Requirements:
Strictly comply with API 610 / API 682 standards, with capabilities of explosion-proof, corrosion resistance, anti-cavitation, and long-term trouble-free operation.
