● Pump Model Matching Logic:
o OH2 (Horizontal overhung pump): Used for medium-pressure / corrosive medium transportation such as condensate, chemical water treatment, and desulfurization slurry.
o BB1 (Single-stage between-bearings pump): Large-flow circulating cooling water pump, suitable for unit cooling systems.
o BB4/BB5 (Multi-stage between-bearings pumps): BB4 is the core selection for high-pressure boiler feed pumps, meeting high-pressure conditions of supercritical / ultra-supercritical units; BB5 (multi-stage radially split) is suitable for higher-pressure and more severe high-temperature and high-pressure fluid transportation.
o VS1/VS6 (Vertical barrel / submersible pump): VS1 is used for condensate pumps and low-level sump water intake; VS6 is used for closed / special environments such as inside nuclear island containment and low-temperature condensate transportation.
● Technical Requirements:
Strictly comply with API 610 / ASME standards, featuring high reliability, cavitation resistance, and long-term continuous operation capability to ensure stable power generation of the units.
