The high efficiency and high pressure multistage centrifugal pump products developed according to API610 standard are in the leading position of technology in the industry, which has the advantages of wide efficient area, wide performance range, good cavitation performance, less vulnerable parts, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.
The reliability of the pump is greatly improved, MTTF is more than three times of that of the ordinary pump, and the maintenance cost is reduced, thus reducing the life cycle cost of the pump. The self-balancing end suction multi-stage centrifugal pump innovates the structure of the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump,cancels the axial force balancing mechanism of the multi-stage centrifugal pump, and is the best substitute for the conventional multi-stage centrifugal pump with balance disk or balance drum structure. Since there is no balance device, there is neither friction loss nor balance reflux loss, the pump efficiency is 2-3% higher than that of the same type of multi-stage pump. At the same time, all kinds of faults, such as wear of balance disk and balance disc seat or rotor seizure caused by the failure of balance device, are completely solved, and the service life of pump is prolonged.

● MSHE self-balancing end suction multi-stage centrifugal pump is a single suction, multi-stage, impeller back-to-back arrangement, end axial suction structure. The structural type is shown in the structural drawing.
● Casing part: composed of an suction cover, a suction casing,a rear casing, a discharge casing, a middle casing, a partition, a sealing box and a crossover, etc., which are sealed by o-ring between each casing to ensure the sealing performance. The suction is on the suction cover of the front end, and the first-stage impeller is sucked axially, compared with the structure of the side suction or the top suction, the cavitation performance of the pump is greatly improved.
● Rotor part: composed of a shaft and a front impeller, a rear impeller, a front shaft sleeve, a rear shaft sleeve and an intermediate shaft sleeve mounted on the shaft. When the number of impeller stages is even, all the impellers are arranged symmetrically back to back, and the axial forces are balanced with each other. When the number of impeller stages is odd, the shaft force of first-stage impeller is self-balanced with rear o-ring, and other impellers are symmetrically arranged, axial forces are balanced with each other.
● Bearing part: the weight of the whole rotor and the radial force generated when the pump is working are borne by the liquid lubricated bearings installed in the front casing,the rear casing and the discharge casing,and the residual axial force generated by the pump is borne by the thrust bearing parts, and the bearing is fixed on the rear casing with screws. The thrust bearing is a angular contact ball bearing, lubricated with oil, and sealed with bearing isolator at both ends of the bearing.
● Drive part: the pump and the driver are connected by a flexible diaphragm spacer coupling, remove the intermediate lengthening coupling when overhauling, the replacement or maintenance of pump parts can be carried out without disassembling the driver.
● Seal part: according to the operating conditions, select the mechanical seal of various plans of shaft seal cavity.
● Rotating direction of the pump: CCW viewed from coupling end.
